Dynamic Building Services provides seamless administrative services for project inspection and quality control services. Our resourses and experience allow us to handle projects of any size and level of complexity. Whether you need a Class-3 inspector to oversee a small project on short notice, or multiple inspectors to take on a high profile project, we can providesthe expertise. Along with our project inspection services, we also provide a host of special inspection services at very competitiive rates.

About Us

Dynamic Building Services is not a brokerage company for inspectors. We are a group of inspectors working together as a team to provide districts with a professional and personal approach to inspecting. With over 20 combined years of DSA inspection experience, we have the ability to provide inspection services for all DSA approved construction projects and levels of work, including projects where special inspection services may be required.

We strive to be team players and are dedicated to making sure projects are closed out and completed with no loose ends. We all have excellent working relationships with our current districts, architects and DSA field engineers. Dynamic Building Services understands that it's more than just inspecting. It's being a part of the coordination and quality of work, building solid relationships with all team members, and being an advocate for the district.

Our Services

Certified DSA Inspections

Our skilled and professional inspectors are experts in many different types of construction (i.e. Type I, II, III, IV & V) and in diverse construction delivery methods such as: Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Multiple Prime Contractors, Prefab Buildings, Lease-Lease Back, and Construction Manager at Risk.

Upon final inspection for the punch list items and after approval by the client project manager, AOR, and their consultants, our inspector will issue a final Form-6 (final verified report). This will help facilitate a fast and smooth occupancy for the project and expedite the plan review process for future projects with the DSA office.

Certified Special Inspections

Our certified special inspectors are not only OSHPD certified but also carry additional licenses such as ICC, AWS, and others. Our OSHPD inspection team is carefully selected in order to assign individuals that understand the goals of the client, that can address the client’s concerns, and that have the experience to successfully oversee a project’s documents, progress, and budget.

Administrative Services

Our administrative support will assist with planning, direction, and coordination of DSA Inspection services for project managers or district personnel, such as records and information management, contact distribution, facilities maintenance, accounts payable, and other office support services.
